Research And Implementation On Intelligent Management System Of E-form Based On XML

The technology of E-form(the electronic form) was adopted to each field extensively by the western developed country, In initial stage of 1990's in 20th century. The technology popularized progressively in government , enterprises and institutions in our country .This text analyses the shortage of the present form (traditional form and E-form ) at first, and then puts forward our own intelligence E-form solution——the IMS (Intelligent Management System ) of E-form based on XML The Intelligent E-form puted forward in this text even more emphasize the development of E-form and Automation ,half-Automation in information processing of E-form, on the basis of definition of E-form. It also emphasize the integrating with other system . The text studies and analyses the situation and research about the foreign E-form at first, then carrying on special technological analysis InfoPath of MicroSoft ,which is on behalf of of the technology most high-level of E-form. the text studies and analyses the SureForm, which is on behalf of the E-form's level at home.In this way , it offereds the advanced technology and the way of designed and thinking to the resrch of the IMS of E-form Based on XML, it also provides the shortage that we should overcome in our system. Now XML is (Extensible Markup Language) one of the hot technologies , it suit to describe E-form that is this type of half structurization datum . At the same time ,the E-form based on XML can be very well conbined together with Internet. JAVA is an object-oriented and non-platform programming language . The conbine of XML and JAVA , has great advantage of uniqueness for developing the E-form system. .This has fully shown enormous advantage and important degree that the technology of the E-form embodies in computer application too. And it overcomes the conflict ,which is too strong in professional use fields, but not enough in general use fields, at present .
