With the continuous development of science and technology,industrial production has gradually changed from manpower to machine automation.Machine vision detection system,as an important branch of industrial automation,be divided into image acquisition system and mechanical system.The image quality collected by the image acquisition system will directly affect the efficiency and quality of the detection.At present,lots of research has been conducted in this field in foreign countries,yet little has been made at home.In order to improve the application range and precision of the image acquisition system,this paper designs the image acquisition system with FPGA.The laboratory's original image acquisition system is mainly for non-contact measurement,therefore black and white liner CCD is used,resulting in many restrictions in the scope of scanning.The purpose of this paper is to design an image acquisition system,which use color linear CCD as an image sensor.In the design processing,the system framework is constructed first,and then the whole system is divided into image acquisition module,digital-analog conversion module,control module,power supply module and data output module.On the basis of analyzing the specific requirements of each module,the main chips are selected,such as using TCD2252 D as image sensor,AD9822 as AD conversion chip,EP4CE6E22C8 N as the control chip.After that,the specific circuit of each module is designed according to the characteristics of the components and the circuit principle.Then,the print circuit board of the system is designed and fabricated according to the design principle of the PCB and the encapsulation information of the components.In software,in the Quartus II environment,the Verilog HDL language is used to prepare CCD driver,AD driver,AD configuration,and the FIFO.System software simulation debugging is later processed with the using of modelsim.Through the design of hardware and software,the image acquisition system is finished.Then download the software to the print circuit board,and a stable output signal is observed with the oscilloscope,indicating that the system's hardware and software design is correct,the system can work steadily,and the design purpose is achieved.
