The Research Of Marxist View Of Freedom Of The Press Under The Right Perspective

Marxist view of freedom of the press is the important part of the Marxist concept of news,and it has formed scientific theoretical through the development of the Marx,Engels and Lenin.So,this paper focuses on exploring the progress of the formation and evolution of Marxist view of freedom by using Marx's theory of historical materialism from the aspect of Natural right,property right,constitutional right.The Modern bourgeoisie of freedom of the press is based on the natural right of “man's natural right”.Marx fostered the freedom of the press with idealism since he was affected by the concept of the natural right.But during the process of the research on the field of the society and history,he started to criticize the theory of “man's natural right” and thought that the freedom is not natural but formed by history and region.With the formation and the improvement of Marx's theory of historical materialism,the concept of the press also had some views relative to historical materialism :The freedom of the press is decided by the social economy development;The freedom of the press is historical and keeping developing;The freedom of the press has class nature.At the same time,Marx and Engels formed the concept of property right based on the analysis of the economy.Lenin perfected the theory of property right of the freedom of the press by combing the practice of the Russian social revolutionary under the guidance of Marx's theory of historical materialism.He realized that the essence of the bourgeoisie of freedom of the press is the freedom of the poverty,and the freedom of the press is mastered by a few individuals.If the proletariat want to realize the freedom of the press,what they must do is to get rid of the control of the capital.Capitalist countries recognized the malpractice of the theory of the freedom through the development of the journalistic practice and try to correct it by social responsibility theory.But the capitalist activity of the journalistic practice proved it again and again that there is no real the freedom of press in the society controlled by the capital and the social responsibility theory just put forward assumption only on the level of theory so that it can not solve the malpractice of the theory of the freedom in the capitalist society.So,Marxist found the way for the freedom of press,they thought we could not have illusion of the the freedom of press on the basis of on the natural right of “man's natural right”.Only the freedom of press getrid of the control of the capital and,can the freedom of press be realized possibly.Besides,we need to build up the perfect constitution and relative laws.This kind of law is different from the capitalist laws,because it is based on the socialist economy and offers guarantees for the freedom of press of the overwhelming majority of the people.What it embodies is the theory of constitutional right of the the freedom of Marxist view of freedom of the press.
