With the development of information technology,large-capacity data communications has become the mainstream in industry,and the application of efficient laser in optical fiber communications and optoelectronic integrated circuits has become increasingly widespread.Organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite lead halide laser prepared by lead methyl ammonium halide perovskite?CH3NH3PbX3?has been proved to be the most efficient laser,which is also characterized by low cost and simple process.In recent years,there are many researches about the perovskite laser,but improving the optical performance and reducing the loss remain to be difficult problems.The enhancement effect of the local plasmon resonance of nanoparticles can effectively improve the optical properties of the perovskite laser with a simple preparation process.Thus,the surface plasmon enhanced perovskite laser has good application value and development prospect in the optoelectronics industry.To solve the problem of high loss,the enhancement effect of localized surface plasmon resonance based on gold nanoparticle nanolaser was proposed.On the basis of selection of perovskite lead bromide as the gain medium,the effect of gold nanoparticles on laser performance was studied.The main contents are as follows:Theoretical analysis of the localized surface plasmon enhancement of gold nanoparticles.The theoretical calculation indicated that the enhancement of local resonance plasmon resonance is affected by two factors: the dipole field inside the particle and the external electric field.Preparation of experimental samples of the perovskite type laser based on Au nanoparticles.Gold nanoparticles with uniform sizes were prepared and the optical properties of gold nanoparticles with different sizes were explored.Furthermore,gold nanoparticles single film were processed based on the method of self-assembly.It was found that under the circumstance of 2 h self-assembly,the gold particles with the average size of 43 nm performed best and matched the gain medium.Furthermore,the lead bromide perovskite thin films and single crystals with good luminescence properties were prepared.Preparation and performance test of perovskite type laser based on gold nanoparticles.The rod like and micro-shaped laser based on gold nanoparticles were prepared according to the model,respectively.Luminous intensity and threshold curve of the same location in these samples were measured under different pump energy.The output intensity was more than two times of perovskite,and a 10%-threshold decrease was achieved,which reduced the loss of nano lasers and improved the luminous efficiency.Preparation and performance test of random laser based on nano Au/perovskite thin films.The nano Au/perovskite thin films were prepared by mixing the nano particles and the perovskite thin films.It was found that the plasmon scattering effect was much more than its absorption under the synergistic effect of optical feedback cavity,which achieved the low threshold laser output.
