The village in the city is a kind of rural settlement surrounded by the city.When the farmland was taken away,the remaining homestead and some of the farmland stubbornly exist in the city,and the surrounding urban landscape formed a very sharp contrast.The village is being hailed by many as the city in the "cancer",not only behind the building,but also become the dark corner of shelter evil people and countenance evil practices,in the city.Upgrading of the village in the city over the years,the local government is one of the hot topics in thinking,but also an important part of the development of urbanization.Shenzhen as first-tier cities,despite the constant renewal and reconstruction in the village,but the building is still more than 200 thousand buildings,inhabited by more than a population of nearly 9 million,the village public security problems become the priority among priorities to improve urban village renovation project.Access control system and video surveillance system is an indispensable system for safety control in villages.When the video and access control system for linkage defense,has become a village in the city to improve the security environment,an important means to reduce the crime rate.In this thesis,the village public security management as the background,mainly for users,the public security industry's actual demand,positioning of different user groups,to implement the resolution,suitable three party vendor petty different protocol middleware,visual intercom call and common audio and video calls and achieve the function of management background.In this paper,based on the actual development situation of embedded video access control system.In the implementation phase of the protocol middleware and audio and video processing,the two part of the implementation process in detail,given the SIP,SDP,Diameter,H.248,RTP/RTCP,XCAP,TLS and IPSec protocol adapter,in the system analysis application,emphatically expounds the method and application of Middleware in the management of video control system in the way.Also introduced the audio and video intercom in access control system management and implementation of the PUSH method by addressing SIP communication.And the design of the terminal equipment of video surveillance,access control lock,video intercom function module of the embedded software engineering requirements.Finally,according to the specific application environment,and according to the actual needs of the police management,the management of the villages and towns to achieve a set of management background,to achieve the unity of the village public security management platform.All the software involved in the paper has been tested and verified.
