In the engineering practice of spacecraft model task,it is necessary to test and test each stage to verify the correctness,safety and validity of the design.In the comprehensive test stage,through the unit testing unit model to verify the status of the model;through the system test to assess the model system workflow and performance,the primary hardware-in-the-loop simulation test to evaluate the model control system performance is correct.The main purpose of this paper is to design and develop a complete set of equivalent simulation system,which can automatically test,verify the simulation,the relative movement of the target as a whole,in the testing process to achieve the test Technical automation,generalization of test tools,standardization of test platforms,improvement of spacecraft test coverage,test execution process control and execution results recording closed-loop inspection.The spacecraft equivalence system combines the spacecraft test service and information technology,builds a scientific and normative equivalent simulation test system,and adapts to the comprehensive test of the spacecraft by using the highly informative computer software processing system.Equalizer system with model support functions,to simulate the test,the number of tubes,docking agencies and other system functions,power supply and telemetry of the model,monitoring and protection instructions to provide the relative movement of the target simulation.The appearance of the automatic test computer is based on the industrial control chassis of the existing PXI bus,and makes appropriate modifications to achie ve good maintainability,high resource utilization,low cost,small volume,light weight and good versatility.Based on the hardware design content and the actual demand index,a high-level language programming software is adopted.According to the function and data stream transmission,a hierarchical structure is adopted.The two functions of testing and simulation are realized.In the development process,it is easy to change the parameters,obtain and save the test data,observe the data output process,the software has manual change test properties,but also with automatic batch test function without manual intervention.In this paper,the test and simulation requirements for spacecraft for the traction,designed for the model of automated integrated test system.Firstly,this paper discusses the status of spacecraft test system,including the conditions of the system and the characteristics of the current test system,in order to meet the requirements of higher office automation testing,the system architecture and the implementation of technology in-depth study,Based on the analysis of the current test system to meet the needs of the actual project at this stage and the future development of test technology as the goal,proposed based on PXI bus technology design and implementation of spacecraft equivalent system program,and its correctness and necessary Sex has been demonstrated.The main contents of this paper include the design of the overall architecture of the system,the detailed design and implementation of the software and hardware,and the security of the whole system.The detailed design and realization of the functional modules are analyzed.The equivalent system in the software testing and operation of the implementation process and effectiveness of the analysis and explanation.
