Research Of Software Project Quality Management Based On Dual Tree Framework

In the information age,software as a carrier of information play more and more important role in the daily life of people.The quality of software quality not only affects people's life experience,but also determines the safe production and personal safety of people.Based on the system of software project quality management as the research object,this paper analyzes the current domestic and international popular software project quality management system CMMI and GJB5000 A and their application.This paper analysis the Y enterprise software project development characteristic and the quality management processes and analyze the effects of Y enterprise quality management of software project,and study in-depth the imperfections of enterprise software project quality management in the quality management system,the lack of effective project management tools,lack of quality control measures and the lack of effectiveness metrics that and other issues.On the basis of GJB5000 A,aiming at the existing problems,author put forward the " dual tree framework of software project quality management system ".First of all,from the system construction,quality assurance,tools support,measurement and analysis,four areas were targeted analysis and research.In the system construction,the planning,overall design,the preparation of the document,implement running,maintaining of quality system organization is drafted,The test procedure and method are put forward to test the effectiveness of the system.In the terms of quality assurance,the work content of quality assurance and the method of problem solving are put forward,and the standard of QA work effect inspection is established.In the aspect of tool support,the tool selection criterion is given,and methods to test the effectiveness of tools are proposed.In terms of measurement and analysis,the measures and targets are drafted,the steps and activities for test the validity of the measurement are put forward.Secondly,more detailed elaboration about the application of the dual tree framework of software project quality management system in enterprise Y was given,and the application effect evaluation is given.Finally,the applicationsituation is summarized and the follow-up research direction is clear in the conclusion.
