The laser heating curing equipment is composed of a laser heating curing device and a filament winding forming device.The composite material is heated while the carbon fiber composite is wound,can make the composite winding more uniform.Compared with other heating methods,laser heating curing time is shorter,the coagulation effect is better,the device is simpler.The paper reviews the present situation of laser heating and curing technology and fiber winding technology at home and abroad,introduces the characteristics and properties of carbon fiber and epoxy resin in detailed and expounds the carbon fiber epoxy resin composite winding process and its characteristics.Using ANSYS finite element analysis software calculate and simulate the temperature field distribution of Heating curing process of composites,the temperature field distribution of composites during dynamic winding is obtained.A laser heating curing experimental scheme for rotary body winding is proposed.In the light of the optical field distribution characteristics of semiconductor laser output,the transmission characteristics of semiconductor laser array with three bar bars are simulated by ZEMAX software.Three micro cylindrical mirrors were used to obtain the radiation spot with a size of 1.2mm×10mmfor the fast axis shaping of the semiconductor laser array.A two dimensional motion table combined with one-dimensional and one-dimensional rotation is designed and its motion control unit is designed.Through the computer to control the movement speed of the two-dimensional motion table.Using tension control device to realize pre tightening of composite belt.Measure the temperature of irradiated composite surface by the technology of the infrared temperature measurement.Regulate the laser irradiation power by power feedback control circuit,and laser heating curing experimental device is set up.When the irradiation power is 65 W,the heating temperature of the composite surface is 260?±10?,and the shear strength of the composites reaches 60 MPa.
