In recent years,with the rapid development of China's second and the third industry,special equipment,elevators and other widely used,the number of special equipment(boiler,elevator,crane and so on)increased rapidly,making the task of supervision,management of special equipment becomes more and more difficult.The spatial distribution of the special equipment and do not rule,dot concentration difference,to optimize the supervision of special equipment management has become necessary to save time,money.In particular,the institutional reform of the time has come,to improve the efficiency of inspection,equipment management is more and more high,demand for special equipment inspection industry becomes more and more strict.Strengthen the management of special equipment with advanced technology,improve the inspection efficiency,is the urgent task of special equipment inspection industry.At present,the special equipment inspection industry faces new challenges,in order to adapt to the new situation,it is urgent to rely on innovation means to strengthen the technical inspection efficiency and management mechanism.Research on the design and implementation of special equipment for GIS mobile application system,has important practical significance to scientific decision-making and planning of special equipment inspection agency.Therefore,the special equipment of mobile application system this paper designed combined with GIS technology,the epoch-making significance.This subject uses a new generation of network geographic information system development platform,using Microsoft.NET technology and component technology to develop its Baidu maps,navigation,route planning,dispatching and information query function of special equipment on-line fuzzy query functions constitute the whole system structure.Manage the daily operations of the results of research on this topic has gradually been applied in the Guangdong special equipment inspection and Research Institute Zhongshan Testing Institute,and obtained the obvious benefit.The main work of this article:(1)The analysis of the status and development trend of geographic information system development and management of special equipment industry,pointed out that the current lack of special equipment management geographic information system and the necessity of this research.(2)Introduces the key technology which will be used in this thesis,such as the development and application of GIS system,analyzes the GIS system development mode and choose the special equipment GIS mobile application system development mode,technology base for solid GIS mobile application system,this paper describes the design and Realization of special equipment?(3)Introduced the development of special equipment GIS mobile application system need to do preparatory work,in-depth exchanges and through the analysis and use,finally obtained the detection and analysis of Research Institute of Guangdong Province,the Zhongshan special equipment preliminary detection Institute and Zhongshan Bureau of quality supervision of special equipment supervision departments of the business needs of the system.In the functional requirements analysis,in this chapter mainly analyzes and introduces the analysis of special equipment,special equipment positioning navigation module,information query module fuzzy analysis,dispatching query module analysis.Finally,the system non functional requirements were introduced,lay the foundation for the next design system.(4)Introduces the design of each function module of the system design,including the main module,navigation module design and equipment query module,combined with the actual demand of business inspection and supervision of special equipment,but also focus on several modules are introduced.The design of the system,need to cooperate with the equipment database business inspection and supervision of special equipment,and analyzes the main database table structure equipment database.(5)Introduces the implementation process of the special equipment of GIS mobile application system,and the realization of the content and the method,is introduced to achieve various functions and implementation principle are discussed,including dispatching query,navigation,positioning,inspection equipment and other important modules of fuzzy query.The system has been running in Guangdong special equipment inspection and Research Institute of Zhongshan Academy of detection,and in the actual process of special equipment inspection and supervision plays a positive role,good auxiliary function of special equipment inspection and supervision work.
