Design And Implementation Of Special Equipment Management System Based On Mobile GIS

Special equipment is the device which is dangerous, such as elevators, boilers.Nowadays, all special equipment need special equipment inspectors get to certain location for inspection. However, traditional special equipment management systems are applied on the PC side and it is really a problem for special equipment inspectors to obtain information about special equipment, because they are outside and can’t use computer when working. With the development of modern society and the number of special equipment continues to increase, the importance of special equipment inspection work has become increasingly prominent, and how to make the special equipment inspection work mobile, intelligent, has also become an increasingly important issue.In this thesis, based on this problem, we develop a system called special equipment management system based on mobile GIS(Geographical Information System), and provide a method which helps special equipment inspectors check the special equipment,that is to query the information of special equipment and offer basic map service in a mobile environment, help inspectors for equipment localization, path planning,equipment inquiries,which means that inspectors can easily find the special equipment through the system, find the best route from their positions to the special equipment,and see some relevant information about the special equipment directly. At the same time,something which is not easy to be done on PC side now becomes possible to be done,such as equipment location correction and uploading equipment’s photos, so inspectors can directly use the coordinates obtained automatically to overwrite the original error coordinates for location correction, take photos or videos and upload them to library in order to facilitate others to see the information about the special equipment. Therefore,it will reduce the human resource consumption greatly; improve the effectiveness of supervision of special equipment.Special equipment management system based on mobile GIS is the mobile terminal equipment, software, geographic data and system management personnel are organized into efficient acquisition, storage, update, analyze and display the geographic information integration of special equipment. The system is mainly divided into three parts, the first is the map data services intelligent mobile terminal based, access to the map data base such as location information, the path information by calling the Baidumap API, and display them on the map; the second is the data transmission of intelligent mobile terminal and server, mobile phone terminal through the HTTP connection, to obtain the relevant equipment data server, map data services based on the combination of the relevant information of the equipment, such as location of equipment, such as equipment name displayed on the map; the third is the task of detecting route planning optimization based on ant colony algorithm, through optimized in line and task allocation, shorten the transportation distance and time, thus saving the cost of transportation and improve the efficiency of inspection.
