With the laser technology in different fields being used widely,Quality assessment of laser beam is increasingly more important.After researching the development of laser beam measurement,this thesis develops a set of analysis software dedicated to laser beam measurement with the combination of CCD hardware.Its main functions include calculating assessment parameters and presenting pattern of laser beam.Firstly,principle of CCD hardware system is introduced.Moreover,source of noise and structure of output data is analyzed.Data structure lays a theoretical foundation for data transmission and image packaging.Adaptive median filtering method for denoising is used to improving the disadvantages of traditional median filtering method.Secondly,by studying the transmition characteristics of the Gaussian beam and the definition of the evaluation parameters,this thesis analyzes the relationship between calculation of the beamwidth and the evaluation of parameters,and proposes a new method called as dynamic window to improve the drawbacks of traditional median filter in the process of beamwidth calculation.Thirdly,this thesis studys transmission control protocol,programming language,GDI technology,and multithreading technology.On this basis,Software about beam quality analysis is completed.Finally,comparing with the measurement results from beam analyzer named as CinAlign,this thesis analyzes the accuracy of calculation results through experiment based on existing CCD hardware and explains the reason why the measurement results of CinAlign is defferent from the ones of software completed in this thesis.In consideration of electronic noise interference of the existing CCD hardware,this thesis achieves the purpose of reducing noise through the program algorithm.At the same time,the analysis software of beam quality completed in this thesis can also cooperate with other hardware systems,such as optical fiber sensing and laser detection,which has a very high practical value.
