Tactical communication network is the most important part of battlefield commend and control system.The research of network performance and network protocol based on network simulation can not only reduce the cost of research and development,but also provide an important reference for the construction of efficient tactical command and control system.In practice,tactical communication networks need to achieve specific tactical goals through collaboration between different subnets.Although using network simulation software to study large scale Ad Hoc tactical military communication network is simple and efficient,the existing node modules,time slot allocation algorithm and the network structure modules cannot meet the demand,thus new node modules need to be redesign combined with the demand of tactical communication network.In this thesis,the research and implementation of large-scale military Ad Hoc network simulation module is divide into two stages: local tactical communication network and large-scale tactical communication network.The local tactical communication network consists of a single subnet.The first stage mainly studies several existing slot allocation algorithms.According to the actual demand of the tactical communication network and the characteristics of the node generating message,a hybrid time slot allocation algorithm based on Markov process is proposed.For the second stage,the large scale Ad Hoc tactical communication network divides the network nodes into cluster head node and cluster member node.So the construction of large scale tactical communication network is divide into two parts.Part 1,a new kind of cluster member node model with TDMA time slot allocation algorithm and application layer contracting is designed.Based on the model andthe routing model provided by the simulation software,a local tactical communication network with routing forwarding function is constructed,and the influence of different distance to the end-to-end delay of tactical communication network is analyzed.Part 2,a kind of cluster head node model with application layer contracting function is designed.Combined with the cluster membership model,the large-scale communication network is divided into four different levels:brigade?camp?company and chariot.According to these four node's different trait,a proportion time allocation algorithm is proposed.In the OPNET simulation software,the two stages are modeled and simulated,and the end-to-end delay of the three communication networks under different packet lengths is collected.The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has a significant improvement in end-to-end delay compared with fixed slot allocation algorithm.Using hierarchical structure in the large-scale military Ad Hoc tactical communication network,both cluster head node model and cluster member node model have the function model.Compared with the actual data,the simulation result is in the error tolerance range,which indicates that the simulation model and simulation system have a high degree of confidence.
