Consist of message format, protocol and transmission channel, data link address the real-time information exchange among the weapon system, command and control system and the sensor. It also processes the fire control information, the command control and the battlefield tactic information as well. Combine the main weapon with the command and control system and the sensor, data link is an important approach and the effective way to achieve the integration of information system and weapon system. It has become the key point to improve the informatization of the weapon system.Dynamic management of network resource is the core part of data link. A network system can reduce the end-to-end delay effectively, can increase the throughput significantly and can reduce the packet loss ratio drastically owning to a perfect network management method or efficient network access algorithm. In this paper, we make a research in the dynamic network access technology of Link22, two dynamic timeslot allocation algorithm has been proposed:the ATH-TDMA and the SWAP-TDMA.Besides, based on the queuing theory, the paper put forward a slot evaluation algorithm to predict the utilization of Assignment Slot in the next Network Cycle Structure.What’s more, this paper modeling the Link22system using OPNET. Collect the results of the simulation to compare the performance of the two dynamic timeslot allocation algorithms.
