With the continuous progress of the times,the demand for meat products market is increasing,modern and precision feeding of animal husbandry industry is the main development direction of the future in our country,thus improve the level of breeding technology will become more and more important.On the basis of summarizing the overseas and domestic farming situation and analyzing the relative merits of piggery monitor system,this paper designed a monitor system for piggery based on improved routing algorithm.The aim of this paper was to provide a efficient and convenient management for administrator through detect the internal environmental information of piggery and control equipment status.In order to solve the problems such as complex environment and cumbersome writing in pig farm,this paper used Zig Bee technology to constructed a wireless sensor network.At the same time,we used the tree topology network structure to minimize the writing problem.Tiny6410 development board was used as central controller which could process data,while transplanting Linux operating system into development board to build embedded development platform.SQLite database technology was used to store data collect by nodes and the operation status of equipment.Transplanting BOA server and CGI control program to central controller,while designing the B/S model,so manager could realize the remote management by using PC or mobile terminal.In order to improve efficiency of breeding,install the COMS camera while configuring related drive and collection procedures,manager could monitor piggery environment and pig behavior by using camera.Generally speaking,Zig Bee nodes use the battery as a power supply,the number of nodes and the battery change with cumbersome limit the network energy,all the things were disadvantage for frequent data transmission.In addition to environmental parameters,the system need to collect video data to realize the video surveillance,which requires wireless sensor network had a high transmission efficiency and low energy consumption.This paper proposed an energy balance and convenient ZigBee routing algorithm based on study routing algorithm of the network,which could greatly reduce the data transmission path by using the advantages of neighbor table,and detect the energy usage of each node in process of data transmission.This algorithm could use high energy nodes to finish data transmission and balance the overallnetwork energy.The test results showed that the improved routing algorithm could ensure the efficiency of information transmission based on balance overall energy consumption of network,while avoiding the premature emergence of death nodes and network division.In this paper,monitor system for piggery based on energy balance and convenient ZigBee tree routing algorithm was designed to collect the internal environmental parameters of the pig house and realize the real-time monitoring function.It overcomes the shortcomings of traditional monitoring system about low monitor efficiency and cumbersome writing,improved the level of the scale and fine breeding in China,which has a very broad application prospects in the future.
