Design And Implementation Of Bank Cash Management System For Commercial Bank Of Urumqi

Along with the enterprise's comprehensive strength of our country is rising and the support of country for enterprise is increased year by year. The small and medium-sized enterprises of our country obtain unprecedented development. Especially under the condition of global economic integration, the development and survival status of enterprises are facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities. The enterprise want to develop under such fierce competition environment, changing the old mode of production and management is the current urgently problem. In order to get more big enterprise customer, many bank start use information technology provide cash management service. Commercial bank also gradually realizes providing better cash management service can win more enterprise customers.The dissertation selects B/S model as system architecture under the guidance of software engineering principle. It uses C# as programming language, SQL Server 2012 as background database and was developed and debugged under the Visual Studio 2012 integration environment. The system has characteristics of pure and fresh interface, convenient operation, strong compatibility and good compatibility etc.The works of this dissertation are:(1) On the basis of the contrast the way of cash management and system running situation at home and abroad, the dissertation analyzes system business requirement comprehensively. In the analysis, the user of this system is divided into two type that is enterprise user and administrator. The first type represents operators of enterprise, another represents bank administrator role. It analyzes many aspects requirement, such as the management of operator and authority, daily business dealing etc.(2) On the basis of requirement analysis, the dissertation designs the architecture of system. It designs that the system adopts B/S three layers architecture. It expounds five function modules and database design of system in details.(3) The dissertation applies ASP.NET technology, C# programming and SQL Server 2012 completes the procedure of system implementation. In the process of system implementation, it follows the coding standard and has better scalability. At the same time, in the procedure of system interface design it uses ASP.NET interface scheme. The system has characteristics of complete functions and unified interfaces.(4) It verifies the correct and integrity of system through the testing of each system function. It designs special test cases and organizes special person to complete system testing The results of system testing shows the system achieves expected analysis and design goal.The successful running of the system provides real-time cash data information for the enterprise financial manager. The cash flow of inner-enterprise is supervised better. The enterprise can configure cash resources according to the cash data provided by the system. It provides better technology support for sustainable development of enterprise. Each enterprise can complete cash transactions with bank through the system. Many enterprises give good praise for the cash management system provided by commercial bank.
