In contract query and storage aspects, there exist many disadvantages.The dissertation uses function use case diagram, function module diagram, program flow diagram, database entity attribute and database table structure describe the procedure of system design. The dissertation stress on generalizing system business flow, on this basis it use function use case diagram describes system function requirement. It also describes system non-function requirement analysis. The dissertation designs system architecture and the division of system overall function module. The system function is divided into personal work assistant, contract preparation, contract formation, contract execution, contract determination, query and statistic and system management modules. Through the database entity attribute diagram and database table structure, it describes database design. Through key interface and code describes the procedure of implementation. According to the actual requirement, it use black box testing complete system function testing comprehensively. It analyzes and concludes the work and testing conclusion of testing phase.After a period of system running, from the status and effect of system running it simplifies some business flow of contract management. It reduces many disadvantages in the procedure of contract management using paper and excel method. It enhances the work efficiency of contract manager.
