With the increasingly serious environmental pollution and congestion of urban traffic, Bike sharing system, an innovative urban public transport mode, effectively solves the problem of “the last kilometer” combining with other traffic modes. In our country, due to that the development of the Bike sharing system starts late, the development of relevant technologies is unbalanced and the theoretical research is immature, the vehicle monitoring platform in the bike sharing system information management center has problems that the software structure is unitary, the governance of information is inadequate and the scheduling of vehicle is irrational.Based on the study of the shortcoming and project demand of the vehicle monitoring platform, a reliable, full-featured and scalable vehicle monitoring platform is designed, for the achievements of real-time information monitoring and vehicle scheduling in order to improve vehicle management efficiency and reduce the vehicle management cost.At first, the thesis outlines the research background and significance of the subject and analyzes the present development status at home and abroad. The overall structure and characteristics of the system is described in the thesis based on the analysis of the structure and shortcomings of the original bike sharing system combining with projects. According to the problems existing in the vehicle monitoring platform, the design idea of the software of monitoring platform which is based on the B/S system structure is proposed. After analyzing the problems of vehicle scheduling, an appropriate plan for the scheduling problem is mentioned, and it selects the issues of scheduling demand based on vehicle full rate and realizes the route planning for vehicle scheduling by ant colony algorithm.Based on this, the thesis analyzes the business demand, functional requirements and performance requirements of the vehicle monitoring platform. Then, software system structure which is divided into user interface level, business process level and data service level is designed. After a series of analysis and comparison, the software development platform, development language, database and server are determined. At last, communication style between the platform and leasing sites is also determined.Focusing on demand analysis and the overall program, all functional modules of the software are designed in detail. Then, the data logical structure is clarified, the design and development for the database of the vehicle is completed. The site management, real-time information monitoring and vehicle dispatching module are emphasized.At last, the thesis carries out laboratory joint test and field test to achieve the software functional modules and analyzes the software performance. The test results show that the functional modules of the vehicle monitoring platform software comply with the requirements of a stable and reliable operation which has reached the expected effect fundamentally.
