The highway tunnel is very complex, and the longer duration, resulting in accidents of this kind of project easy to produce all kinds of in the construction period, until the highway development plan of domestic mountain now, study on construction safety management has never stopped, has always paid more attention. Because the project needs to deal with the entity, to develop appropriate space, construction stage there are risks and hinder greatly, with significant safety concerns, so government departments and construction departments for such events are given enough attention. So, with the aid of computer technology, software applications such as information processing, as during the construction personnel allocation, quality management and maintenance work with scientific and standardized attendance positioning, video surveillance and other high-tech, so to the successful completion of the project, but also can ensure the engineering construction personnel of personal and property safety is of great significance.The highway tunnel construction safety management work to determine the priority among priorities, fully explore the related concept of safety management, combined with the actual situation, shortcomings of summary practice, to take the implementation of the significance and value of information methods of safety management are described. Then an example is the premise to determine the specific needs at the same time, according to the basic characteristics of safety management of such project, complete the system overall design, through field investigation, in order to solve the highway engineering construction stage of information transmission is blocked, feedback time problem, through the determination of surveillance video attendance, personnel positioning and other functional modules to ensure the quality of construction safety management. Through the demand analysis and detailed planning, choose the J2 EE framework at this stage is the mainstream of processing, then through the browser / server(Browser/Server) 3 layer structure, SQL Server2008 database, Eclipse, and MyEclipse construct a development platform, combined with Struts B/S three layer framework, adopt Hibernate technology to ensure the effective period of information. Finally we need highway construction site safety management system. The system itself has two basic modules, namely, personnel positioning and video surveillance, but also reflects the system value and significance of the most important component. Based on the needs of different modules, the core module of personnel positioning is determined as an example, and the technology and method used in the system are introduced in detail.Through the scientific and effective testing methods and processes to establish the system for analysis and test, the final results show that the correlation function and the initial planning standards are completely consistent. At present, the system has been recognized and application of Chengdu Chongqing high-speed command, the practice effect is very ideal, can help the highway construction personnel safety management, access to a full range of information support, to make the work truly on the standardization of road.
