Design And Implementation Of IT Resource Monitoring Management System

Bank is one of the important institutions which offers financial service to people and plays an important role in people’s life.Rural credit cooperatives,as part of the bank system,have make a great contribution to the continuous development of society and the progress of people’s life.In recent years,the expansion of rural credit cooperatives’ business,bringing the increase of the number of hardware facilities,pose great challenges to the operations management of rural credit cooperatives.Therefore,an IT resource monitoring management system is particularly important for the steady running of rural credit cooperatives.On the basis of integrated monitoring management system of rural credit cooperatives in Liaoning province,we propose improvements by investigating the business and analyzing the existing monitoring system.The IT resource monitoring management system which designed in this paper is aimed at solving the poor data processing performance and the significantly degraded System service ability in the present system.IT resource monitoring management system can not only monitor the network equipment but also the server which used in the system.What’s more,IT resource monitoring management system can record the logging and operation log of the target system which help for analyzing the history system operation.The system also provides the functions like security audit,intelligent inspection and so on.The whole system mainly contains nine modules,they are trade log management,intelligent inspection,database monitoring,the control of terminal access,run batch operation and maintenance,query and analysis,the management of terminal,security audit module and authority management.The main users of the system are systemadministrator and provincial manager of the rural credit cooperatives.Different user of the system has different permissions and he can operate the function module within his authority.In the IT resource monitoring management system,the relatively backward C/S framework of the present system architecture is ungraded to B/S architecture and some Web new techniques,such as Flex,are used to realize the whole Web of the monitoring platform to improve the utility and usability of the system and solve the trouble appearing when deploying and upgrading.Moreover,The IT resource monitoring management system will upgrade the hardware server which can greatly solve the system performance.
