Design And Implementation Of The APP Of The Intelligent Temperature Recorder

Intelligent temperature recorder plays an important role in the cold chain system.It is used to record the temperature of food and medicine in the process of production,storage,transportation and so on,in order to prevent products from being contaminated by a specified low temperature environment.Currently on the Chinese market,intelligent temperature recorder products are mostly based on the management applications on computers.These computer applications are used to set the parameters,such as temperature alarm record period,and time to start recording,etc.,and to read and to process the recorded temperature data.Because the use cases for the intelligent temperature recorders are mostly mobile,it is inconvenient to operate the temperature recorder on computers in some working places.With the popularization and application of smart phones,the advantages of smart phones are becoming more and more significant.The use of mobile applications is more popular than the same computer application,which gives people a more convenient service option.However,there are no available mobile applications for intelligent temperature recorder on the market yet.Under this situation,taking TR temperature recorder as the object of study,this paper designs and develops a mobile management application as a substitution of the computer management software,and makes use of the characteristics of the mobile phone to extend the functions of the application,and the operation is more simple and convenient.This paper includes the following four parts.(1)By consulting a large number of literature and conducting market research,this paper analyses the research status at home and abroad,and evaluates the functions,advantages and disadvantages of several intelligent temperature recorder's computer management software on the market.Then,according to the characteristics of smart phones,ascertains the main research contents of design.(2)Designs the overall structure of the mobile application;the communication between the phone and the temperature recorder,and between the phone and the micro printer;the functions of the system,and the key technologies to implement these functions.(3)Using Java in Eclipse to complete the development of the mobile application.Some functions are implemented,such as reading and writing temperature recorder,displaying tables and curves of all temperature data and partial temperature data,printing data tables and data curves.In the function of displaying curves,in order to display the curves of more than 30 thousand temperature data on the phone screen with a resolution of 1080×1920,this paper uses a data compression algorithm.In the function of displaying multiple temperature data curves,in order to shorten the screen refresh time,this paper uses the improved loser tree algorithm.In the function of printing,this paper redevelops the function of Bluetooth micro printer,designs the functions of text editing and printing,fast printing curves,fast printing tables.Using these functions,the flexibility of compiling the temperature data print format and the printing speed are increased.(4)Use HUAWEI MT7-TL10 phone to connect TR intelligent temperature recorder and ZJ-5802 Bluetooth mini printer,and run the software for functional testing and performance testing.Then analyses and summarizes the results.Finally,puts forward the further improvement project and measures.The mobile application that is designed in this paper not only can enable the user to know the temperature information of the recorder at any time and anywhere,but also can save a certain cost of use because it does not need to be equipped with computers and other equipment.The use of the mobile application will also promote the popularization of intelligent temperature recorder,so as to improve the reliability of the food and drug safety protection.
