Research And Exploitation Of Automatic Control For Loading Bagged Grain System Based On PLC

Industry is an important economic pillar of a country's development,in the environment of high-speed global economy it depend on automated production increasingly.On bagged grain loading,the traditional simple mechanical equipment about hydraulic or pneumatic transmission already can not meet the requirements of today's high-volume production.Therefore,in this paper we combine programmable controller(PLC)and mechanical components,pneumatic components and other output devices to design a loading system,completed the loading of bagged grain control,then improved loading efficiency.The development,research status and development tendency of loading system are firstly summarized.Then we listed a number of control principles and methods for the control system involved.Through the analysis of the entire control system,we establish the overall scheme of bagged grain loading system,parameters and system components.Then,the mechanical structure of loading system is designed and the 3D model is established,for which the main part is selected and designed,such as the belt conveyor and pneumatic devices.After that we analyzing its automatic loading control process and simply introduces the basic structure,working principle,advantages and the development trend of PLC.Then we select the PLC control system and assign I/O points,the bagged grain control system hardware design has been completed.Finally,a brief introduction is given about the S7-200 series PLC programming software and the use of the simulation software.According to the action sequence of loading system to write the ladder diagram,in which the loading part of the program,for example,using the simulation software of PLC to program debug and validation,After debugging we have a good conclusion and meet the design purpose.In this paper,through study and analysis of the loading system with programmable controller as the core,the fabric with a highly automated bagged grain loading system,realized the automation of loading,so as to make the loading efficiency improved.Its versatility can be used for various materials and provides convenient for the bag of loading for the future.
