Computer simulation is the application of computer to simulation experiment. It provides a reliable tool for the production and research of new materials. This paper analyzes the Monte Carlo method based on Potts model which has some defects in simulation of grain growth phenomena and proposes a variety of improved Monte Carlo methods based on Potts/Strain model。First, according to the fact that traditional methods can not be used to simulate the deformation properties of grain growth, we achieve a Potts/Strain Monte Carlo method. Second, according to the conventional method that may arise in the "re-nucleation" phenomenon during the simulationand the characteristics of have low simulation efficiency, Monte Carlo method based on grain boundary migrationis proposed. Third, these two methods have failed to reflect the importance of energy in the simulation of grain growth process, when considering the energy factor in the grain growth simulation, which may occur grid points reorientation of energydid not change phenomenon during the simulation. For such reason,Monte Carlo method based on energy and acceptance probabilityis proposed. Finally, a system based on LAMMPS and SPPARKS interactive simulation were realized for completed material grain growth simulation which have deformation properties. The theoretical value of grain growth parameter is0.5. First, the use of traditional methods to simulation grain growth, according to simulation results we can obtained grain growth exponent is0.465. Then we use Monte Carlo method based on grain boundary migration to simulation grain growth, the grain growth parameter obtained is0.481. Finally we use Monte Carlo method based on the combining of energy and acceptance probability to simulate grain growth, the grain growth parameter obtained is0.489.
