With the continuous development of global economy and the growing regionalmilitary power, the threat of war is everywhere. Missile, which is an important part of thenational defense force, attaches considerable attention to the field of military. A new typeof missile erecting devices and technologies has emerged at the right moment, thereforemissile erecting load simulation loading measurement and control system is the productin this background.The missile erecting device is an essential part for land lunch operations equipment,which has the characteristics of low-speed heavy-loads, stepless speed regulation,convenient in control, security and reliable, etc. As the actuator of missile verticalprocedure, so, the erecting cylinder is crucial to the performance of erecting devices. Inorder to fully understand the static and dynamic performance of the oil cylinder, thispaper analyzes and designs a set of load simulation loading system, and has carried onthe simulation analysis and experimental research for further research.Based on the understanding of cylinder structure and features, this paper putsforward a solution named load simulation loading system which is used to realize qualityand performance test of the oil cylinder It is focused on the hydraulic-electricaltechnology to reveal oil cylinder performance. Firstly, this paper analyzes the oil cylinderstructure and function, puts forward load simulation loading technologies to realize oilcylinder performance test, and studies the research situation of load simulation loadingtechnology at home and abroad. Combining with the test requirement and laboratoryconditions, this paper chooses hydraulic cylinder loading scheme, and load researches ofhydraulic system provide theoretical basis for system principle design. Secondly, accordingto the technical protocol, this paper makes the principle diagram of system andcomponents selection basis, has also carried on the simulation analysis. Finally, thispaper deeply analyses software design requirements of the system, and analyses theFuzzy-PID control algorithm, signal conversion, curve fitting, displacement detection,flow control and history database query, etc. The simulations reveal that the test principle of the technology scheme can simulatethe loading and speed of the cylinder ideally, which achieves the desired designed goal.
