Design And Implementation Of Credit Management Information System Of Liaoning Provincial Rural Credit Cooperatives

Credit business is one of the important financial services of Liaoning provincial rural credit cooperatives,and it plays a vital role in the sustainable development of rural credit cooperatives.Recently,with the rapid and stable development of rural economy in Liaoning Province,the credit business is expanding.Because of the surge in the basic data generated by a large number of credit business,it is necessary to use information technology to conduct credit business.So far,most domestic financial institutions have been obtained some achievements and experience in inforatization construction,while information island problem exits and there is no standard management scheme in the credit business process.Thus,it is of great significance to the study and implement of the credit management system.The credit management system is provided by the credit process management functions and system information management functions to integrate business system,by this means,it can eliminate the information island problem and ensure unified management.Complex data types and a large amount of data are contained in the credit business process,which can not be completely abandoned in short term,so that the main function of the credit management system is integrating data in existing system and business into a unified one.The system also provides interfaces to support workflow integration.As two major functional modules,the credit process management functions and information management functions are contained in the system.The credit investigation,loans approval,credit loans,post-loan monitoring and asset preservation are implemented in the credit process management module.Other functions,including user login,customer management,regional management,query statistics,collateral management,information release,warning management and system management,are implemented in the information management module.The B/S structure,J2EE standard and SSH architecture are used in the system development.And the three-tier architecture is used in the process of system implementation.including data access layer,business logic layer and presentation layer.Informix database is implemented in the data access layer.Spring framework is used in business logic layer.And the presentation layer is achieved by Struts2 framework.
