With the rapid development of the modern society and the raising of people's living standard,people life,work and learning styles have been undergoing tremendous changes.One of the outstanding manifestations is: a large number of people are in a lasting sitting state when they are learning and working,and the sitting posture usually become worse as the time passed.Long-term in a bad sitting posture,or long in a state of meditation,will not only damage a person's bones and muscle,resulting in scoliosis,lumbar muscle strain and other illnesses,but also affect the function of his internal organs,leads to Venous thrombosis and so on.The vast majority of the traditional seat is in popular and static design,it only takes into account the universality of the seat and static sitting posture,but not consider the individual characteristics of people,then the product cannot fit to the individual characteristics of the human body,and be not conducive to human health.Currently in the market,there are very small amounts of the furniture designed and produced to fit human body personalized characteristics,but the price is expensive,the cost is about the traditional seat with dozens of times even higher,it is difficult to be promote.The thesis sets up a network system for fitting personalized requirements,which associate the distributed data acquisition,centralized data processing,centralized product production,and networked personal service.It focuses on data acquisition subsystem,data processing center subsystem,customer management and service subsystem,provides a way to achieve the large-scale,customized production of the seat.This system not only meet the requirements of the personalized characteristic furniture accord with human body,but also greatly reduce the cost of the personalized furniture.The data acquisition subsystem,uses planar array pressure sensor to measure the pressure distribution data of human body hip and seat-cushion,the pressure distribution data of human body back and back-cushion.This subsystem uses partition airbags to regulate human body sitting posture,to obtained the data in different sitting posture state,and the pressure distribution data is converted to the standard format,upload to the data processing center.The data processing center,the main function is converting the pressure distribution matrix into a cushion/cushion cutting depth matrix,and establishes a personalized cushion model.According to the existing standard personalized cushion modeling method under the sitting position,we optimized the modeling algorithm based on finite element analysis,analyzed human body center of gravity under different sitting posture,and obtained the cutting depth data,then got the final cutting depth of the matrix according to the weighted average build model.The final matrix of cutting depth data is converted into CAM(Computer Aided Manufacturing)style and sent to the CNC machine,to cut out the personalized seat-cushion and back-cushion.This thesis has implemented the customer management and service subsystem based on the ASP.NET MVC technology.Users can feedback opinions and suggestions on the website after using personalized seat,and the feedback data will be sent to the data processing center.Rehabilitation specialists can access data processing center,and analyze the feedback data to determine whether the personalized seat fits the user's personalized features,and improve the seat-cushions and back-cushions according to the feedback data to ensure the seat can match the user's personalized requirements.We have practiced a preliminary trial of the system,and gotten a satisfying result.
