Nowadays,computer simulation technology is developing rapidly.Manufacturing,military and other industries have their own simulation tools on the corresponding field.With the increasing scale and complexity of simulation,the simulation of single subject cannot meet the requirements,so the multidisciplinary collaborative simulation has become a new trend.The High Level Architecture(HLA),which is widely used in the field of multidiscipline collaborative simulation,has been widely used because of its good reusability and interoperability.Based on the HLA,this paper studies and implements a multidisciplinary collaborative simulation platform.In this distributed simulation platform,four professional simulation softwares of different fields are integrated together.They are Pro/Engineer Wildfire(Proe),the finite element static analysis simulation software Ansys,the mechanical system dynamics simulation software Adams and control software Matlab.In this distributed collaborative simulation platform,the simulation part is mainly based on Adams software and Matlab software.This platform is connected with database,provides login,registration,permissions management in order to keep the safety of sensitive data.Moreover,this platform stores the data during the simulation,which enhances the security and stability of the simulation platformThis paper designs and realizes the data management in the multidisciplinary collaborative simulation platform.First,this paper gives an analysis of the specific needsof the entire platform,analyses the connectivity between different softwares and the design of the interface modules,introduces the main classes and functions.According to the different functions,this paper divides and designs the specific modules of this platform,which mainly includes the interface agent module and the data management system module.The platform adopts C/S architecture,using BH RTI 2.3 as the underlying run-time environment and using the OMT model to design the federation member.In order to achieve the joint simulation of Adams and Matlab,designs the federation interface module software to encapsulate the simulation softwares,provides the same interface so each software can interact with RTI smoothly.Secondly,according to the diversity of simulation data,design the corresponding data management system,using SQL Server database design data tableto storage data and workspace to store files.Through the combination of those two ways to storage and manage user data,test data and simulation results files,simulation model files is effectively.Experiments show that this paper is a preliminary exploration of distributed collaborative simulation platform.This platform is practical and good real-time,promotes the further development of multidisciplinary and distributed collaborative simulation platform.
