Abstract:With the development of cloud computing and electronic health records, personal health records based on cloud computing will be popular in the global scope. The privacy protection problems of personal health records is becoming more and more serious. People not only hope to have convenient system and the comprehensive personal health records, but also want to have their own privacy. The privacy protection problems of personal health records based on cloud computing hinder the development of personal health records. Now, solving the privacy protection problems is imminent. To protect the data of personal health records based on cloud computing, this thesis designs a framework of health records platform based on cloud computing, and proposes a centralized backup data processing scheme for the cloud environment, and puts forward a method of access control, and puts forward some suggestions of the government on the privacy of health records.According to the privacy protection of personal health records in cloud computing, the thesis proposes a CP-ABE scheme based on data partition. This scheme using the data ideological divides data into big and small block of data, then divides the big data block into small pieces with data partition strategy and encrypting the small data block with CP-ABE algorithms. Simulated and theoretical analysis show that this scheme has advantages on the safety and performance overhead and extension in personal health records based on cloud computing. Meanwhile, it improves security, and reduces the performance overhead, and solves untrustful three sides in personal health records based on cloud computing.
