Design And Implementation Of Tax Inspection System Based On BPM

Tax inspection is a key work in our country's tax administration.The tax administration basides do a good job in pre-tax levy and medium-term tax management,also severely fight tax evasion and tax fraud.Tax inspection work not only can create a fair,notary tax payment environment,but also can ensure the tax work orderly according to our country's law.This paper proceeds from the actual tax inspection work,and analysis the tax inspection business,and abstracts the common main line of tax inspection business,and models the tax auditing business process,and then proposes a solution which based on the BPM.The business process management not only can enable the tax inspection work to realize the process,and standardize the management,but also can monitor the business processing status in real time.This system is developed based on open source development platform Eclipse,and using popular enterprise business flow engine JBPM framework,and implement some models in a tax inspection work such as the general case business,the important case business,the handling case business,prosecution case business,fee case business,case review business and other related business.Further more some testing work is done.The implementation of tax inspection system solves the problems facing in the original tax audit.It not only improves the efficiency of tax inspection work,but also makes the system has better maintainability and expansibility.It is ready for the future system upgrade.
