Design And Implementation Of Mobile Terminal Of Tydrological Data Sharing Platform

Hydrological observation data is the basis of watershed hydrological science and related to scientific research. National natural science fund committee launched the major research projects “Eco-Hydrological process integration research of Heihe River basin” in 2010, the basin data work is proposed as an important part of the Heihe River plan.Based on the Heihe River basin as the study background, we collected a variety of observational data to establish a hydrological data sharing mobile terminal platform based on Android platform.The platform can provide Multi-function query of hydrological and meteorological observation data and spatial data.The system mainly design from following three aspects:(1) Based on the observation data of ten years hydrological and meteorological data and 9 core hydrological stations of the Heihe River basin, the data we stored in the server database, through the PHP with a database connection to generate JSON data.Finally the Android client through HTTP POST method to parse the JSON data to complete the data call, and can provide online preview and offline download.(2) Spatial data drawed by ArcGIS for Android. First, Loading the ArcGIS Runtime SDK for Android into the project, we complete the hydrologic and meteorological observation station of spatial data, contains the name of the station,basin belong, Latitude, longitude and some basic information.(3) The whole client system include four parts of the main interface,the basic function interface,the extend function interface and the management function interface,which can achieve the basic functions of the project requirements.The innovation point of this design combine the hydrological data sharing platform with the Android client.The researchers can query hydrological and meteorological data by the phone and the design of the map navigation function and the map location function can bring the great convenience to the researchers.
