Application Of Single Page Application Technology In Set-top Box Broadcast Control System

Set-top box broadcast control system is a centralized site management system, which goal is to have a unified management and control over the set-top boxes located in various medical and health institutions of the whole country. The set-top broadcast control system used MVC server architecture, some problems appear gradually during the process of system development and operation, such as responsibility coupling of front-end and back-end, unable to adapt to multi-application scenarios flexibly, poor operating experience, etc.JavaScript-based single page application is a hot topic of WEB development in recent years. On the one hand, single page applications have many advantages over traditional sites outputting pages from server,such as decoupling of front-end and back-end, easy to deploy and debug,smooth operation, etc. On the other hand, as the performance improvement of user terminals and the development of JavaScript language and its surrounding environment, building large-scale website applications based on JavaScript becomes possible.Based on the shortcomings of the set-top box broadcast control system under current architecture and development mode and the characteristics and development status of single page application technology, this thesis presented a conception of applying single page application technology to the set-top box broadcast control system.Firstly, this thesis designs the system from two aspects: the single page application architecture and the system function module. The single page application architecture focuses on the application rendering model,application data flow model and application state structure. The system function module is introduced from two aspects: the PC site and the mobile site. Then this thesis designs and realizes system components and main function modules of the PC website and mobile website. In the end,this thesis tests and analyzes the system from two aspects:. function and performance. In general, the application of single -page application technology improved the development efficiency and the operating experience of the set-top box broadcast control system.
