Mobile Health is gradually changing the traditional medical system.The traditional registration, such as on-site registration and telephone registration,brings a "registration difficulty" problem like a long queue time, hard to appointment to experts and uncomprehensive of registration information. In order to solve the issues, this paper designs an intelligent mobile registration system based on iOS. It allows users to make an appointment by intelligent terminals anytime and anywhere and reduces patients queuing time. And users really achieve a planned treatment. The registration system has broadened the channels of registration, and achieved good social effect.First of all, it analyzes the registration related technologies,including iOS system architecture, the Objective-C, design patterns,JSON data interchange format, HTTPS protocol.Secondly, it goes on demand analysis in the functional and performance aspects. The system is divided into three function modules,namely, appointment registration, order management and user information management. In each function module, a system architecture based on MVC(Model-View-Controller) mode is adopted to make the application maintainable and extensible.Thirdly, in the communication module between the client and server,this paper designs a set of unified interfaces, adopts JSON as the data exchange format, and solves the security problem in the communication process by using HTTPS. And the data caching mechanism in the client is designed. According to the design of the system, this paper completes the registration system on iOS platform. The paper analyzes the implementation of search and display of medical information, choice of treatment date, cost calculation and online payment in appointment registration module. And it analyzes the implementation of registration and login, account information management, patient and contact information management.Finally, through the functional test, it is verified that the function of the client is complete and the interface compatibility is good. Through the performance test, it is verified that the client runs stably and memory usage is reasonable and no memory leak exits.
