With the rapid development of 3G (the 3rd Generation mobile communication technology) and 4G (the 4th Generation mobile communication technology) networks, mobile streaming service plays an increasingly important role in people's life.The user's satisfaction with the streaming media business is the key to its success in the fierce market for streaming media service providers. Quality of Experience (QoE) is the overall acceptability of the end-user's subjective perception of the services and services that are obtained. In order to provide users with a better user experience, major operators and scholars at home and abroad began to 5G (5th generation mobile communication technology) research. But so far,the current research on the 5G network is more concentrated on the network architecture, and not on the implement of 5G network. And the diversity and complexity of mobile media has brought challenges and pressures to video streaming media services providers. So in this article the establishment of QoE (quality of experience) evaluation model for mobile streaming service in 5G network is build combined with the characterstics of 5G network.Firstly, this paper figures out the concept and definition of the user experience quality, and investigates the existing user experience quality model, and then gives an overivew of the current research background of mobile streaming video technology. Then we summarizes the influencing factors of the existing user experience quality, and classifies and compares the user experience quality evaluation methods and points out the feasibility of the research and evaluation methods of the user experience quality under the 5G network. At last, we points out that the challenge of the existing QoE evaluation method of mobile Internet streaming service is how to face the increasing number of users and diverse video applications in 5G network and how to integrate all the factors from users' in order to find out the evaluation method that can best experience the quality of user experience.Then, by using the public data set to extract the QoS parameters and the video coding parameters, the parameters are fitted by using the common mapping function and neural network algorithm, and the fitting effect of the final QoE value is compared and analyzed. On this basis, we builds millimeter-wave network transmission system by using NS-3 simulation tool, and realizes the transmission of streaming media video in millimeter-wave system. The single-index mapping and multi-index mapping are implemented by collecting millimeter-wave network layer parameters and then we will analyze the impact of QoS parameters on user experience respectively and the mutual impact of QoS .parameters on user experience. The QoE evaluation method of 5G millimeter-wave network based on mobile streaming media is obtained.
