Passive millimeter-wave imaging is more and more popular in the field of Millimeterwave recent years. Passive millimeter-wave imaging has its advantage in the bad weathercondition, like fog, cloud, smoke. But there is also some disadvantages, like low resolutionand not very sensitive. It is hard for us to improve the hardware,so image processing isnecessary. This article is base on a 94GHz passive millimeter-wave imaging system. Some basicknowledge of passive millimeter-wave imaging is introduced. The software of the system isprogrammed on the platform of VC++. The software is consisted of scanningcontrolling, signal sampling, image enhancing and image super-resolution algorithm.ThePOCS (Projection Onto Convex Sets) algorithm is mainly being researched. And every stepof this algorithm is particularly described. By simulating this algorithm the effect of theparameters in the algorithm is being researched. Because of the passive millimeter-waveimaging having a lot of differences compare with the optical imaging, the use of POCSalgorithm in millimeter-wave image is being researched. The ideal passive millimeter-waveimage of the experiment object is simulated. Through this the POCS algorithm issuccessfully used in the passive millimeter-wave image. In the experiment the feasibility ofPOCS algorithm is generally proved.
