With the popularity of mobile Internet applications, the amount of information we have received daily increased exponentially, leading to obtaining accurate information become extremely difficult.Especially in the field of business information services, the demands for services information varies at different times, different places, how to accurately provide users with the appropriate service information at the right time and right place is a problem that the business information services institution has been concerned about and wants to solve. This paper intends to explore an accurate indoor positioning technology based on Bluetooth Low Energy------Ibeacon,and to implement a LBS(Location Based Services)application based on the positioning technology,as a result, when the user of the application enter an restaurant that is deployed with Ibeacons, the application will push the restaurant's menus and special offers on the user's mobile automatically.Firstly, this paper introduces the theory of Ibeacon base station, then the Ibeacon protocol is implemented on the TI CC2541 Bluetooth Low Energy hardware platform.Secondly,by optimizing the Bluetooth protocol stack and proposing a time-based sleep policy to optimize the power consumption of Ibeacon. The last,I design and implement the restaurant mobile ordering system, including the mobile terminal application, web application server and merchant management system. In the design and implementation process, the system's performance and scalability are taken into account fully and distributed cache system and distributed file system are implemented.Design and implementation of this Ibeacon based LBS system prove the advantages of Ibeacon positioning technology in location-based information services filed, also it is a reference case for LBS applications.
