| Assembling,debugging and testing product according to the technical requirements are the key process of product manufacturing.In traditional industries,hand-assembled remote control assembly industry is facing serious challenges.On the one hand,it is difficult to meet the needs of the market due to the low production efficiency of manual assembly.On the other hand,the production cost increases with the incensement of labor cost.In this paper,remote control automatic assembly system is designed,which replaces the manual assembly and integrates into the latest machine vision technology and realizes the intelligent assembly.In this paper,the present situation of remote control assembly is investigated,and the remote control assembly system is designed,and the following work is carried out:(1)In the mechanical structure and control system,the mechanical structure and control system of the remote control automatic assembly system is designed,and the structure is optimized.(2)In image processing,imaging processing algorithm is studied,and the image processing is designed to achieve functions of localization and defect detection and state recognition.Firstly,the design of imaging system is completed.According to the task,we select the appropriate camera and lens,and design the lighting system,and select the shooting background to highlight the detection target.Secondly,camera is calibrated by using the method of chessboard.The mathematical modeling of the camera and the manipulator is carried out.Newton-Raphson method is used to calculate the nonlinear equations to achieve conversion of pixel coordinates and the spatial coordinates.Thirdly,surface shell’s positioning and defect detection.With the method of detecting circle,precise position of the shell is detected.Defects is detected by matching the defect image and standard image using SURF features.Fourthly,Localization and defect detection of conductive adhesive.The local histogram equalization is performed on the block to enhance the contrast of conductive block after the precise positioning of the conductive block.Texture feature of conductive block on the back of the conductive adhesive is used to detect defects.Fifthly,localization and defect detection of PCB.Lastly,positive and negative judgments of the bottom shell.In this paper,remote control assembly system which has been tested by batch is putting into production realizing flexible and automatic assembly of the remote controller. |
