Research And Design Of Performance Assessment Architecture Of RCS

With the maturity and wide coverage of wireless network,the mobile social services provided by OTT,such as wechat,iMessage,develop rapidly and have become essential telecommunication tools which caused serious impact on the traditional communication,the count of sms and call from telecom operator drops all the way.In order to improve the user experience and maitain the market position,telecom operators are actively seeking for transformation.In February 2014,China Mobile Group issued a white paper about RCS which marks that the mobile will be upgraded its own business to actively respond to the competition brought by the Internet.This article researches and designs of performance assessment methods for various types of business based on RSC to create a reasonable RCS performance assessment system which provides a effective model for RCS performance assessment to guide the direction of RCS performance optimization.This article briefly introduces RCS definition,development,significance and LTE architecture.Then,this article focuses on VoLTE,video and IM service performance assessment methods which form RCS performance assessment system.Because of the low producting and nonrepeatability of subjective assessment,the text takes subjective assessment method as a supplementary approach to build objective assessment models of all kinds of business.Establishment of every kind of business performance assessment model is to go through the discussion of factors affecting business performance analysis and the existing typical assessment methods,then,establish the objective assessment model suitable for the business based on KQI/KPI.Finally,the validity and rationality of the model are verified by the subjective assessment experiment.At the end of this article,a summary about this subject is made,and points the future study content of RCS performance assessment system.
