In recent years, with the rapid development and popularization of Internet, the network has become an indispensable tool for data sharing and information exchanging in our daily life. Network processing has experienced by dial-up Internet access to the optical fiber network, the three operators of mobile Internet also upgraded from 2G to 4G, the beneficiaries of the Internet have felt faster the Internet speed and the network bandwidth. However, at the same time, in the pursuit of high-speed network environment, we cannot accurately comprehensive perception of their actual network states of using the network, which causing some network resources idle and blindly pursuing higher bandwidth situation. In order to change this situation, we need to build a network bandwidth state aware service platform. Based on the measurement data of IVCE(internet virtual computing environment), I do a research on current popular web service technology, combined with the characteristics of speed measurement data and platform environment,choose a suitable web service for state aware service platform.In this paper, I do a deep research on the distributed web service technology. And this paper mainly introduces the design principles, basic principles and implementation methods of REST style web services, and compares the REST style web service and SOAP based on web service,and obtains the respective application occasions of two services. Finally,based on the analysis of the data characteristics of the state aware service platform, we use two web services to achieve some of its functions, and finally select the REST style web service to implement the state aware service platform.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1) The speed measurement data of virtual computing environment are classified, and according to the user's perception requirements data is written to a database, and then query optimization configuration is made;(2) Based on the characteristics of the state aware service platform,the existing web services technologies at home and abroad are researched and compared, and the web service based on SOAP and REST style web service are analyzed and contrasted, and final choice is the REST style web service, we design and implementation of the web service, providing data for users to perceive network state;(3) Using the current popular page technology HTML5 language,combined with AJAX technology, through web services to obtain speed data, we realize the network measurement data display;(4) By testing the performance of state aware service platform, and identifying the system's best concurrency and the current bottleneck, this paper puts forward some optimization suggestion aiming at the problems.
