The rapid development of mobile Internet technology makes broadband wireless access system towards high-speed, low-cost direction.Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) technology has become the dominant technology of wireless broadband network technology because of its mobility, flexibility, economy and other advantages. Among them,WLAN 802.11g protocol with its high-speed, low-cost advantage is a new focus in the field of wireless LAN. With the prosperity of WLAN terminal equipment, WLAN terminal test system has become an indispensable part of WLAN terminal equipment manufacturing process,its accuracy and test efficiency greatly affect the terminal equipment production efficiency and signal quality, so WLAN terminal RF test Become more and more important.Based on the research of WLAN 802.11g protocol and 802.11g measurement, this paper designs and implements the radio frequency signal measurement algorithm of WLAN 802.11g terminal, and puts forward the testing method and verification scheme of WLAN 802.11g terminal RF signal measurement algorithm, and realizes the terminal RF Test function. The main contents are as follows.The first chapter is an overview of the WLAN system, introduces the development of WLAN terminal equipment, and introduces the important role of the terminal test instrument in the actual production line.In the second chapter, the WLAN terminal RF test system and the 802.11g WLAN protocol are summarized. This paper introduces the WLAN terminal RF test system mainly from three aspects: the main function, the software architecture and the comprehensive measurement index. At the same time, it also introduces the 802.11g protocol, which is mainly about the physical frame structure of 802.11g.In the third chapter, we first introduce the related measurement items of 802.11g WLAN. Then, starting from the measurement accuracy and efficiency point of view, the design of WLAN RF signal 802.11g terminal measurement process, and puts forward the specific algorithm for each measurement realization, such as synchronization, frequency offset estimation and channel estimation is the key part of this paper.The fourth chapter is the simulation and implementation of the key algorithm of the measurement, which verifies the correctness of the measurement algorithm.The fifth chapter summarizes the main contents of the thesis, and points out the further research direction of the thesis.
