Light guide plate as a key component of the backlight module,is one of the important factors affecting the screen display.With the rapid development of downstream products and consumer demand for high-performance screen,the thickness of the light guide plate is getting thinner,the quality of the light guide plate is getting higher and higher,the traditional light guide plate processing method to reduce the thickness and improve the quality encounter a bottleneck.In this paper,the micro-nano molding method is studied in detail.The solid-state molding method is applied to the forming of the light guide plate.A molding scheme based on solid-state light guide plate is put forward,and a light guide plate is designed and manufactured.The main work of the paper is as follows:(1)The forming mechanism of solid-like hot pressing is studied,and the rheological properties of the material under solid-like state are analyzed.The mechanism of the polymer is that the polymer flows into the microstructure under the action of temperature and pressure,and the microstructure is cured by stress relaxation under pressure reduction.(2)According to the solid-state molding method,the manufacturing process and hot-pressing process of the mobile phone light guide plate are designed.The manufacturing process of the light guide plate developed in this paper includes unwinding,coating,rolling,UV curing,hot forming and punching And other process steps.(3)The use of three-dimensional drawing software UG,the design of light guide plate hot forming die and punching die.The mold has the advantages of fast cooling speed,uniform temperature distribution,good sealing performance and pressure balance.In order to increase the heat dissipation area and the cooling medium flow rate,the fin type air-cooled structure is designed.(4)Aiming at the automatic production of solid state molding of light guide plate,this paper designs a new sealing method,which integrates the sealed vacuum device on the hot pressing die.This structure has good sealing performance,fast vacuum rate and stable sealing Reliable advantages.(5)Through the experimental design and manufacture of mold to meet the temperature,pressure and vacuum design requirements.The optimum forming conditions of PC sheet solid forming were determined by orthogonal test method.It was proved that the hot-embossed light guide plate of solid type forming method was feasible.
