With the development of data mining technology,data mining application has penetrated into all walks of life,such as customer behavior analysis,medical industry gene analysis etc.,but the application in the education industry is little.As the educational administration department data management system and the enrollment of the university year by year,each university has accumulated a large number of student achievement data.The teaching quality is the index that the university education cares about.How to use data mining technology to mine the information hidden behind the data is very important to provide decision support for improving the quality of teaching.With the development of psychology and the rise of intervention rule mining technology,related research in the fields of medicine and psychology shows that the appropriate psychological intervention measures have a positive effect on the physiological and mental health recovery.But in the education industry,the relevant research is very little.What kind of psychological intervention measures is good for improving the quality of teaching is not conclusive,so the research of psychological intervention measures is particularly urgent.Based on data mining technology,this paper designed and implemented the teaching quality tracking platform.Firstly,a lot of student achievement data was collected,cleaned,integrated and discretized.For the shortcoming of much limit,difficult and blind operation of common Web system,an improved data integration scheme was proposed.Secondly,using correlation analysis,graph analysis and the association rule mining method on student achievement data,the correlation among the courses was gained.Then according to regression analysis and decision tree algorithm,this paper predicted the course grade and improved the accuracy and efficiency of regression analysis and C4.5 algorithm.Lastly,based on the above data mining research,teaching quality tracking platform was designed and implemented.This platform has good interactive function and stable function and has realized the function of the integration of course grades,statistical analysis,forecast analysis and so on.It can provide reference for improving the quality of teaching.In addition,the psychological intervention measures and intervention effects of college students were analyzed in order to improve the quality of teaching.Based on the theory of intervention rule mining and educational psychology,a kind of psychological intervention and intervention effect hypothesis were proposed.Three kinds of evaluation indexes were defined,and finally according to the actual sample value,it was validated that the psychological intervention measures could improve the quality of teaching.
