At present,permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)occupies an important position in the field of industrial control because of its own advantages.In the process of motor running,the disturbance cannot be avoided,and the motor is easily affected by the uncertainties of the parameters,the sudden change of the load and the friction force.In this paper,the PMSM control system can be seen as the control object,and then the control strategy was designed based the PMSM model,which is used to restrain the negative effect of the PMSM speed regulation system in the process of operation.This paper studies the following problems:1.According to the different PMSM coordinates,the chapter established the mathematical models for different PMSM coordinates,then used of T-S fuzzy theory to linearize the nonlinear system,so the PMSM T-S fuzzy model was obtained.It can laid a theoretical foundation for the following parts which can help us to analysis and control.2.According to the modeling errors generated in T-S PMSM modeling,a disturbance observer based fuzzy speed controller was designed.Considered the modeling errors as system uncertainty,the chapter designed the disturbance observer(DOB)and the load torque observer.Using the estimate values,the fuzzy speed controller of feedforward and feedback compound control method was designed and the stability proof was given.So as to achieved the purpose of anti-disturbance.3.According to the external disturbances during the PMSM operating,a discrete extended state observer(ESO)based discrete fuzzy controller was designed.In order to facilitate the practical implementation of the digital,the continuous model of PMSM was discretized,and the corresponding discrete speed controller was designed.Using the extended state observer(ESO)to estimate the system state values and external disturbances,the fuzzy speed controller of feedforward and feedback compound control method was designed and the stability proof was given.So as to achieved the purpose of anti-disturbance.Finally,the corresponding numerical simulations was given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
