Modern social and economic operation is very dependent on oil,petroleum refining products in the military, transportation, agriculture, light industry, textile industry and other industries have played a huge role.Refining and chemical industry is a kind of fixed assets intensive enterprise,and the plant (equipment) is the most important asset in the fixed assets. To improve the operation of the equipment, to improve and enhance the economic efficiency of enterprises has a very important role and significance.The purpose of this paper's research is to improve and optimizecorrosion inspection management working by designing information system.The reason for choosing this subject of corrosion inspection managementis that it has a great influence on the field of equipment management.The author of this paper in-depth research the status of China Refinery Corrosion and protection management work between 2014 and 2016, through collecttingdatas, analysising corrosion inspection working process and its products. The main work of this paper is as follows:1 .The author puts forward the optimization scheme based on the detailed investigation of the process of corrosion inspection, business documents and the participants.2.In the process of design and analysis about corrosion inspection management information system,business process standardization, document data structure, part of the work automation is necessary.3.In this paper, the corrosion inspection management information system is designed and studied in detail,combined with J2EE, SOA, full text retrieval and other information technology.
