Realization Of Unified Management For EOC Terminal Equipment Based On C-HPAV

According to the latest data of SARFT,the number of cable TV subscribers reached 174 million accounting for almost one-third of the global total(including 65 million digital TV subscribers)until the end of 2009.Wiring cable network is close to 3 million kilometers.China’s cable TV network has become the world’s largest user network.Cable television is an important information infrastructure of our country.It has the advantages of the broadcast of point to opposite,higher user adoption,a huge transport overlay network,the largest content resources and so on.Faced with strong advantages and features for the radio and television networks,how to implement two-way upgrade and transformation of radio and television networks,and seeking economy but also to adapt existing technology solutions to customer needs are an urgent need for cable operators to do.In this thesis,in-depth study of the development of radio and television networks is introduced,current problems of radio and television networks are expounded,a detailed comparison of the various radio and television technology solutions is analyzed,thus EPON + EOC program is consistent with China’s actual conditions;secondly,describing EOC technology leads HomePlug AV standard and the development of C-HPAV our standard used in this paper.This thesis focuses on problems of the central office administration EOC terminal using EOC technology in C-HPAV.Problems can not be achieved in the same network to successfully support different hardware forms,shielding different hardware problem,can not achieve the purpose of unified management,and the management of the CLT caused a lot of burden and stress.To address this issue,through the Agent technology theory,put forward "based on the MME and the terminal extension agent Agent" way to solve the problems of the prior art,in order to achieve the end using different exchange chips in a hybrid network interconnection purposes,greatly reducing the burden of network management and making the entire network more scalable.And through the definition of the extended MME frame format and specific software implementations,EOC central office and terminal Agent and terminal Agent and EOC terminal can communicate to arrive unified management purposes.Finally,after verification of the performance and functionality of the entire system,it proves the feasibility of the scheme have to build the actual system.
