| With the advancement of industry 4.0 and China intelligent manufacturing strategy 2025,smart plant will become the mainstream of the development direction of the future industry.Intelligent warehouse is an important application of automation technology in smart factory.PROFINET is a real-time Ethernet,which is compatible with TCP / IP protocol.It meet with the real-time communication requirements of process control,factory automation and motion control.In order to interact data with other control units of the smart factory and establish a unified and seamless information platform,an intelligent warehouse control system based on PLC and PROFINET was designed.In this system,PROFINET real-time industrial Ethernet was consisted of AXC 3050high-performance PLC,I/O controller and I/O devices.PLC was established correspondence between servo drives,valve island and RFID controller by PROFINET to control servo motor,cylinder,RFID reader.Intelligent storage was divided into three modules,transfer control,gripper control and RFID information collection.The hardware design of intelligent warehousing control system was finished in EPLAN,and the software programming was done in PC WORX.According to the flow of the control system,the ST language and function modules were used to complete the design of the program.Using configuration software Visu + completed the design of the PC interface,realized the human-computer interaction system,in addition to the function of fault analysis,fault statistics.Substitution of manual operation was implemented for reading product storage information in electric labels automatically,andcontrolling manipulator to transport product to a designated position.In addiction,warehouse management could also control manipulator to complete stock pick in HMI.The result showed that the intelligent storage and it's control system had good interaction and flexibility,and the automatic operation process was stable and reliable. |
