PROFINET is one of latest field bus protocol in the world.It has very high RT performance,while the technology developed in recent years,the sanning cycle attained 31.25 us of IRT standard.Thus,it widely used to Roboot,high speed transmission device in factory industry,it is as a communication standard one of industrial communication standard in the furture.PROFINET IO becomes more and more primary control bus system in the industrial control field.First this article mainly expounds the development history and research status of PROFINET;Studied and analyzed the PROFINET IO protocol,real-time(RT),system mode and communication relations.Second,discussed the communication mechanism of PROFINET RT and IRT protocol;How to methods for calculating refresh time;For the RT and IRT protocols are compared in this article;According to the reaserching and developing product,we analyzed these problems of distributing bandwidths when PROFINET IO devices are communication datas via the RT and IRT.At present,there are 3 chips is been used to design PROFINET IO products: Siemens –ERTEC200P,RENESAS---TPS-1 and Anybus---B40 brick.And then,we used B40 design for our procuts with digital /annlog signals in the end.We have been successfully tested our products with Siemens developer kits.How to explain to confinging the GSDML.This company released PROFINET IO series paoducts base on this designed,and launched the small batch on the market.
