In-depth reporting emerged in western press firstly.In 1980s,China was involved in big reformation during which the society was developing as well as many issues.People were perplexed,needing the press to explain.However,it is not enough to simply report for people desiring to know meaningful information behind superficial news.Thus,in-depth reporting broke into Chinese press and played a role,So in-depth reporting got the favor.As the social environment,political reformation,economic development,technology,culture changed a lot,any kind of reporting form can also change.Since entered china,in-depth reporting has existed for thirty years and also it had changed a lot.Then,how did it change and in what aspects?Why?How can it develop in the future?In order to research the issue,the author begins to study the articles awarded good news prize and Chinese news prize.This work,in the points of reporting fields,topics,districts,reporting ways and writing features,studies the trace of its changes in the thirty years.This work divides into six chapters.The first is preface introducing the background,significance,literature review,methods and innovation angles of this topic.The second mainly summarizes the emergence and development of in-depth reporting and Chinese news prize.The third,fourth and fifth chapters are important parts.The third analyses the articles awarded,searching the fields,forms,districts and features.The fourth summarizes the characteristics of these changes.The fifth explain the reasons of changes.The sixth predicts its future's development.
