Internet plus healthcare has brought greate changes to the traditional medical industry,which has a very important significance for easing the contradiction between supply and demand of medical resources in China.However,the traditional telemedicine has difficulties in deploying,costly and poor flexibility,which has caused some difficulties in its popularization.With the development of mobile Internet technology and portable wearable equipment,the concept of mobile medical and mobile telemedicine has been gradually mentioned,and it also provides a new way for the optimization of traditional telemedicine.The use of mobile technology in telemedicine,will have a very good application prospects.we have made a study on the combination of telemedicine and mobile technology based on the remote medical system of sibang,and achieve the design and development of mobile terminal subsystem for sibang's remote expert diagnosis and treatment system.The main purpose of the system is to provide remote expert video diagnosis and treatment services for patients during the running time of main system,and to improve the company's health service system,patient's experience besides doctor's efficiency.The main content of this thesis is to elaborate the design and implementation of the system.The core and most distinctive content of this system is to design and implement a remote video diagnostic module,which is participated by operating physician,remote expert,patient,and remote relatives.This system contains a multi-person video call,a one-to-one video call,and a pair Multi-micro live and many other features.This module chosed Router model as the architecture,and expand and transform the model according to the demand.In addition,it also chosed Web RTC and Kurento media server as the main technology.The module also completed the application of Web RTC in hybrid app.Two sets of solutions are designed and implemented based on canvas and Media Stream Track for the multipath flow synthesis problem in the module.In addition to the core module,the system also added many other service functions to enrich and improve the function system,such as online consulting,appointment registration,health auditorium,file management,video recording and so on.At the end of this paper,the basic and the core functions of the system are tested and analyzed.The test results show that the system satisfies the design requirements in terms of functionality and performance.
