Design And Implementation Of Device Leasing Management System Based On Workflow

With the rapid development of Internet technology,enterprises put forward higher requirements on the automation and information management level.The prices of the towers,excavators and other large devices are expensive.The traditional office system is difficult to meet the business needs of enterprises,a large number of documents and messages are not transferred timely in the business flow,in the meanwhile the phenomenon of high error rate and low collaborative office efficiency is very serious,and it is difficult to monitor and manage processes.Regarding the issues above,this article studies on the modern large-scale equipment leasing industry management system in depth,finding that there are many shortcomings in its business managements,so this paper puts forward the topic of design and implementation of device leasing management system based on workflow.The main work includes: 1)Deeply study the advantages and disadvantages of different workflow engines and workflow models,master the method of Activiti5 interfaces and services;2)Integrate the Activiti5 workflow engine with the SSM framework to build the structure of this system;3)Fully consider the actual business needs of enterprises,design and implementation the management system which contains the workflows of device procurement and reimbursement,leasing contract approval,warehousing,outgoing,maintenance and the other modules of system management,transaction reminders,warehouses,finance,information management.4)In order to enhance the flexibility of the process form,this paper optimizes the database design of the template form and realizes the online form editing function.And in order to handle the concurrent collision,this system also makes a corresponding version control to improve the robustness of the system.Finally,the paper makes a functional test and performance test.The test results show that the system has reached the original design goal.The results are as follows: The process and other management modules are running without exception,it can effectively improve the level and quality of the enterprise automation management and performs stablely in a certain amount of concurrent users.This system is practical and has been applied in Hangzhou Zhongcheng device leasing company now.
