Research On Application Of Activiti Form Technology In Enterprise OA System

There were a lot of business workflows in the early OA system.The development and maintenance process was very difficult due to the system did not use any of the workflow components.However,the change of demand was ubiquitous,and the change of business process was inevitable.The traditional workflow design tools only provided a simple flow chart and did not provide graphical configuration of the access services,which could not meet the needs of users of the service.The programmers had to modify a large number of source code once the business processes changed,which would lead to the whole project into a difficult situation.There was an urgent need for a new generation of developers to give technical assistance and resolution.In view of the above problems,the main contents of this paper were as follows:(1)An OA system implementation plan based on Activiti form technology was presented based on the requirement of creating and changing business process.The program was based on B/S architecture,and unified management of all objects was using the Spring framework.When you need to create or change the business process,you can quickly create and change the relevant functions with only a small amount of code,instead of the traditional hard coding development model.(2)Based on the enterprise OA system of a communication company,we analyzed its business,function and performance requirements,and designed the overall architecture of the system.The architecture of the system integrates the Activiti form technology program,after the completion of the system environment,we completed the function of each module and the design of the code execution sequence from the perspective of system requirements.(3)Make the main functions of the office module in the enterprise OA system achieved.We selected a module case to describe the realization process in detail due to the big number of system modules,and gave the example of the system function module in the end.Although the integration of the framework requires a lot of code configuration in the initial stage,but it can enhance the cohesion and maintainability of the system and reduce the number of source code modifications caused by the change in demand after the system is completed,and provide great technical support for the overall framework of the program.
