Design And Implementation Of Collaborative Management Platform For Integrated Service Based On Activiti

With the improvement of society informatization and the rapid development of science and technology,the needs of various public institutions for information collection and data sharing in automated office are also increasing.The traditional way of working,which relies mostly on manual delivery of paper documents and requires multiple levels of approval,cannot meet the present needs of collaborative work in the office,because it can easily cause human errors and time delays,therefore increasing the personnel costs of business processing,increasing implementation cycle,and reducing work efficiency,etc.Through the application of workflow management technology,business goal can be achieved by using computer technical support to decompose business process into well-defined activities,and automatically transfer information,documents or tasks among multiple participants in accordance with predetermined rules,so as to realize workflow management of business and improve work efficiency.Through analyzing the current application situation of workflow technology,this paper researches and analyzes the current office work and business work requirements of the standard research and social scientific service institution in which the author of this paper is working,and design a collaborative management platform that is suitable for business workflow processing of the institution by using Activiti,which is open source,flexible and widely used,as the workflow engine,to provide technical support for office automation of the institution.The platform designed has a simple and easy-to-operate interface,and provides a web-based graphical process designer that conforms to BPMN 2.0 specification.It can design the corresponding work flow chart according to the actual work needs of internal daily affairs management and business collaboration between different departments of the institution,therefor realizes the normalization of information circulation,management,approval and other procedures.Furthermore,the platform can track and count work procedures to help management personnel in all levels to control the process of work to achieve efficient collaboration and information and resource sharing within the institution.The application of collaborative management platform for integrated service based on Activiti has helped the institution to improve the efficiency of administrative affairs management,facilitate the supervision of all parts of work,thereby reduce operating costs of the institution and actively promote the development of it's standardization work.
